Ceremonies in Sardinia · Sardinia

Ready to start again!

Wedding sardinia

Lockdown is finally over and we are happy to announce that the wedding season has officially started up again!

Since a few weeks after the reopening, Sardinia has become one of the first Covid-free regions in Italy and it’s ready to be the perfect backdrop for your fairytale wedding again. Today more than yesterday, with renewed enthusiasm and hope for the future.

After such a sever event we all need to start planning again and get back on the road.

The restraining measures deprived us of the possibility to go out, run, walk or simply be outdoors. With its natural isolation, Sardinia offers immense outdoor areas for your wedding such as large natural parks, extraordinary countryside and stunning beaches. Close your eyes, imagine to be in full contact with nature and get lost in it, being surrounded only by the sound of the wind and the roar of the waves. Just one word: freedom.

More than anything, wedding in today’s time represents a new beginning, a strong sign of rebirth and renewal, the need to share and kick off a new chapter of our lives.

Small, intimate ceremonies and elopments are still possible to be planned for 2020 and September and October are really beautiful months to travel to Sardinia: beaches won’t be as crowded as they are during the high season and the whole island will be more usable and enjoyable.

We can look forward to going back to wedding ceremonies in a safe way but what’s certain is this: joy and love remain the same as ever. Being able to be surrounded by that much family and friends in one place is going to be something we haven’t experienced in so, so long, so we think it is going to be extra special.

Wedding Sardinia has a wide range of possible venues where there is no need to share common areas: open-air accommodation facilities such as villas, farmhouses and rural apartments where the guests can enjoy private outdoor spaces such as gardens, private beaches and courtyards.

During this time we haven’t sat on our hands and kept ourselves busy searching for new venues and planning some novelties we are going to unveil to you in the next few months.

We are already thinking about the future rescheduling all the weddings which have been postponed, distributing them between the end of 2020 and 2021, period in which activities related to the wedding industry will return to full speed.

We are really excited and enthusiastic to restart and we are sure that the new wedding season will be a season with a bang.

We have all lived in hell, let’s marry in paradise!
