Annie and Rory are from US and climbing lovers. Rory and I made the fantastic decision to go ahead and do a destination wedding in Sardinia. We picked Orosei, Sardinia because we have always wanted to go, and it is also a fantastic climbing spot. The countryside around Orosei, Sardinia is spectacularly beautiful with amazing lime-stone cliffs, olive groves and vineyards, and white sand beaches. Sardinia also has a rich heritage of culture and food, what could be better in one spot?
They had a relaxed beach ceremony with a special “8-knot” ritual at sunset, with Sardinian appetizers on the beach afterwards, the reception dinner back in town, and then late night beach party under the stars.
